The Sacral Chakra is the energy center located just below the naval. This center is associated with our emotions, creativity, sexuality, intimacy/pleasure, and relationships. Blockages here cause by emotional neglect, abuse, and/or sexual trauma, can create the following symptoms:
Emotional numbness or instability
Low creativity and enthusiasm
Sexual difficulties
Bitterness and an inability to experience pleasure in life
Repeated dysfunctional or toxic relationship experiences
Issues with boundaries
Low energy levels
Issues with the surrounding areas of the body, including the kidneys, bladder, and reproductive system
The womb is highly connected to the sacral chakra and is possibly the area of the body that stores the densest and most deeply held trauma. Although men do not have a physical womb, they have one that is energetic in nature.
In this session, we will travel deep into the sacral chakra to open, clear, and balance this center. Combing the power of breathwork with guided meditation healing, each participant will be given the opportunity to release deep blocks and bring healing to the emotional, relational, sexual, and creative aspects of life.
