This week at The Breathing Space, guided meditation takes a back seat as we embark on a full 60-minute Pranayama breathwork journey. This session is designed to clear the mind, reset the nervous system, release stagnant energy, and if you allow, take you into a deep trance-like state of relaxation and presence.
