Romiromi Bodywork Sessions

Romiromi is a traditional Māori healing practice that works deeply with the body, emotions, mind, and wairua (spirit). These sessions are grounded in whakapapa (ancestral wisdom) and view the body as a living storehouse of experiences, memories, and unresolved energies. Through intentional, hands-on bodywork, Romiromi supports the release of physical tension, emotional holding, and energetic blockages that may be impacting your overall wellbeing.

Sessions may involve firm, intuitive touch, gentle manipulation, and guided presence to help restore balance and flow throughout the body. Romiromi is not simply a physical treatment; it is a holistic process that acknowledges the interconnectedness of the physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual realms. Each session is guided by what presents in the moment and is tailored to your individual needs.

Romiromi can be supportive for those experiencing stress, emotional overwhelm, fatigue, stored trauma, physical discomfort, or feeling disconnected from themselves. Sessions are held in a safe, respectful, and culturally grounded space, with clear communication, consent, and care at all times.

This work invites deep listening to the body, reconnection to self, and the opportunity for profound release, realignment, and healing.
